Kanji Sushi & Sake Bar
The best sushi in Jupiter — and the best in the entire Greater Jupiter area. Kanji's combination of impeccable fish sourcing, an extensive sake program, and an intimate atmosphere makes it the clear choice for a special night out. The specialty rolls are inventive without being gimmicky; the nigiri selection is equally strong for traditionalists.
Book 3–5 days ahead during season (November–April). Sit at the bar if you can — you'll get to watch the chefs work and they're generous with off-menu recommendations. The sake list has 30+ options; ask your server for a pairing.
Taka Japanese Restaurant
Jupiter's reliable everyday sushi option. Taka isn't trying to be Kanji — it's the neighborhood spot where locals grab lunch on a Tuesday or bring the family on a weeknight. The chirashi bowl is excellent and consistently fresh, and the lunch specials are some of the best value in Jupiter.
The lunch special (11:30am–2:30pm) is exceptional value — two rolls, miso soup, and salad for well under $20. Walk-ins welcome almost any time.
Koon Manee Thai & Sushi
A Jupiter institution that splits its menu between Thai classics and a solid sushi selection — and does both well. It's not a sushi specialist, but the rolls are reliably fresh and the Thai dishes are genuinely excellent. If you can't agree on Thai vs. sushi, this is your answer.
Sushi Maru
Jupiter's most affordable sushi option. Nothing revelatory, but consistently fresh rolls at prices that won't hurt. The best pick when you want sushi without the wait, the expense, or the need for reservations. Takeout is fast and reliable.
