A quietly excellent neighborhood restaurant that most visitors drive right past. Matsu doesn't advertise, doesn't do social media hype, and doesn't need to — the regulars keep the small room full. The standard menu is solid, but the real move is asking for the off-menu omakase: tell the chef your budget and let him work. When uni is available, order it without hesitation — it's some of the best in Palm Beach County.
